Storage Solutions query regarding Seagate RMA

Hi Everyone,

I have Seagate Free agent Desktop 500GB drive, which needs to be RMA but i lost all the accessories n box( power adapter and usb cable) is drive be eligible for RMA and how to go about it. I am in Delhi, although i did googled the service centre(Eccelenza Service pvt ltd) address but couldn't get the contact number of the service centre and the toll free number of Seagate is always busy....

Drive is in warranty till Dec 2012.....
 
^^ You'll get the warranty on the basis of serial number, not having the box is your loss.
 
I dont think its any loss as such , i sent my WD externl hdd without the accesories for warranty and i got a return piece with all the accesories in it .
 
any idea about whereabouts of the service center i am also planning to do my 1TB 3.5" RMA today.
