Techno Explorer Dec 22, 2016 #1 Guy Amazon Pay balance is providing 15% cashback for prime user. I signed up for free prime account but when i use Amazon Pay balance it shows Not eligible for Amazon Prime. Does anyone knows what that means? will i get 15% cashback or not?
