PC Peripherals Question about PSU warranty

I'm planning to buy Seasonic S12D from deltapage.com.. the Manufacture warranty period specified is 5 years but the warranty over there says 3 years from distributor. so what do i make of it. :S

The warranty is 5 years. The Seasonic representative from Taiwan has reconfirmed this before.

Better still, I'll send him an email and ask him to register as a tech-support rep. in the forums.

The stocks of S12D-850 are over everywhere.. I bought the Seasonic SS-850AT which is used in the Corsair TX850 V2 for 6583/-. Also avaible from deltapage at 6550/-. 5 year warranty.

The SS-850AT and the TX-850 V2 are the same except for i think the 120mm fan in Seasonic vs the 140mm from Corsair.

Corsair and seasonic both give 5yrs warranty, you better check your place from where you are buying.
