Question about Reliance Wimax

I am thinking of shifting to Reliance wimax next month. Since I use Vonage at my place for calling US, I was a bit concerned about the Web-Login feature of Reliance. Does that mean that everytime I switch the power on, I would need to start my PC, login, and then the vonage modem will get the internet connection? Can I set it to auto login so that I can use Voip without switching on my PC?

Also, Reliance users in Mumbai, how has your experience been?

I've read that thread, but that doesnt answer my question about using services like vonage... :S

some pointers to ur Qs....

the web-login feature is a bit awkward...it logs out randomly...sometimes i hav to log in once in a day and sometimes once in a few days...am using a wifi router on the wimax...so if one person on the lan logs in, the net is activated for all...the frequency of having to login varies...autologin havnt tried out yet...

as for exp in wimax...a friend of mine in sakinaka is using it currently for abt 4 months...he is quite satisfied...very less downtime and good dnld/upld speeds...as for pings u hv read the other thread

Its a web based login system so you will have to do it from the PC. You can try some small scripts like this to automate the login process.
