Question about wireless router and setting up wireless network

Have a generic router at our house, and have configured it as a wireless access point, connected to the cable modem and sharing the internet connection between 3 laptops in our house.

I want to know if there is some way if the 3 laptops could communicate with each other like a LAN ?
 
What is the problem you are facing? All you need is to know the IPs or names of the machines and you are up. It is standard Windows networking on workgroups.
