PC Peripherals Question - Cabinet Fans - ARGB Fans & Ports

Hey Folks

My current PC cabinet is a budget one - Antec AX20 cabinet

I like the build quality, the side glass panel & the compact size of the cabinet.
However, I don't like the Fans that come pre-installed in the cabinet, the fan noise is on the higher side and also all the 4 fans are RGB (no option to control fans speed or change colors).

Below image shows the current preinstalled Fans setup, I have observed the current fans are directly connected to the cables from PSU.

I am now planning to install better fans which has PMW control and also ARGB support.

- For Intake in the front I want to add Three 120 MM ARGB fans or Two 140 MM ARGB fans
- For Exhaust I want to add one 140 MM ARGB fan at the back and Two non-RGB 120 MM fans on the top

- on the Motherboard I can see there are multiple different pins / headers available
- Chassis FAN_1
- Chassis FAN_2
- ADD_Gen 2_1
- ADD_Gen 2_2
- RGB_Header

Now how do I connect the new PMW fans for manual control and also ARGB control? the pins are so confusing

Also which make Fans should I buy for my above requirement? I am ok to go non-RGB for the front 3 fans also
