Market Feedback Question regarding classifieds

So I recently upgraded my account to patron and I wanted to know what is the procedure to get access to WTB threads and classifieds. I'm making this post because I don't want to get banned. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I know where you are coming from, it feels like I'll may get banned anytime. I better re-read the rules, but always get this feel that I'm forgetting something.

Yea even I feel there needs to be more clearly defined rules at least for new comers.

## Incident 1
Like I wanted to bump up my WTB post but that got removed, till now I couldn't find any rules regarding that being disallows in WTB post.
In the FS guidelines it was mentioned you can do it once in 48 hours and I took that for the rule.

## Incident 2
I was in talks with user @rudiv (got banned today) who had posted about selling his full rig. His original post didn't comply with rules regarding with the pictures he posted. So his post got taken down, today morning he made another post with the corrections (but I guess he forgot to add the invoice for some of the claimed parts). On most posts I have come across mod provide input regarding what corrections are required. But in this case the posts were just taken down, and even account ban? And this user had decent amount of feedbacks and atleast 7 successful FS posts.


Is there a thread for recently banned members, there is the thread for users who tried to scam. If you happen to know please share.
As much I like TE I do feel as a new member it is very easy for me to get myself banned. I can understand why such strict rules are necessary since scams are on the rise and order is required for smooth functioning, but better guidelines would help quite a few like me.

Well It's bad for him of course but if you can see his threads; in almost every thread he says 'invoice available ' but doesn't attach any. He might have received pm about this from mods but might have forgotten to do so. The threads were put from time to time and someone can't/shouldn't forget it everytime. Might be reason for the ban here.
I see many post from mods on FS thread to attach invoice. Sometime i see OP updating it; sometime neglecting it saying 'will provide later'.

There might be other reasons also that we don't know. Anyway, have a good one!

My bad. Apologies for this...he has updated thread with invoices in below posts which i missed. He is unbanned now. Sorry everyone who were here and sorry @rudiv

Couldn’t reply earlier for reasons mentioned I may have forgotten to upload invoices a couple times, but I’m pretty sure I realized as much (or it was pointed out by an interested party) and they were uploaded before the sale was concluded. I have always provided invoices to buyers if it was mentioned the invoice was available and they requested it.

Anyway, I got banned because the photos on my post were a day or two old. I was spending most of my time in the office last month (I billed 240 hours in November, was basically working 8-10 hours 7 days a week) and I didn’t have enough energy/was too lazy to post after taking all the photos and ended up posting the next day. I didn’t think it’d be a major issue because the photos were bona fide and I have (had LOL) a good history on this site, but I stand corrected.

Do I think it was harsh? Sure, but I understand. The mods make the rules and what they say goes - end of story.

Glad to see you are back @rudiv, I feel much better about here now, but not enough that I get careless enough to make repeated mistakes .

Which is a good thing. Love this place.
