Question regarding NOKIA C3

Is nokia c3 is a smart phone? can i read my pdf and microsoft office docs?? or is it just normal phone with quarty keypad? is it available in india and what is it's price???:huh:

Its an S40 device so its not a smartphone. Not available in India yet.
