PC Peripherals Questionable Quality of Razer Mouse

Hey Guys....

I had recently bought a Razer Imperator 4G version in Feb, its been what 3 months now & both the left & right click have started giving issues. most of the time the clicks doesn't register. I have a hard time dragging a file / folder. In the middle of a drag it will open the folder. if you are dragging a window from one screen to the other, it would maximize the window instead of dragging.

same thing started happening with right click now, can;t play pool at all.

Should i send for RMA

Send it for RMA, this is a rather common recurring issue with Razer products.

Yes, my death adder had similar issues, a lot of people all over. Started using the mx518, and it's just a world of difference in build quality.

Anyways back to the topic, please rma it immediately.

Same problem with a Razer Tron mouse, keeps failing after 5 months or so. Double click issue with left click and also side buttons.

Switched to a Logitech mouse now with fingers crossed.

RMA it or raise a case with Razer direct and they will ask for a pic with the cord cut and send you a replacement immediately
 
After both my Razer DA and imperator failed, I switched to Logitech G500. But here the story is not very different; facing problem with left click randomly after 7 months of usage.
I don't understand what these people do if a gaming mouse worth 2-3 K don't even work for one year properly. !!pathetic quality!!
 
Buy Rs350/- Logitech mouse you will never regret. 2.5 years of brutality and it works like a gem. The keyboard gave up a few months back but the mouse is still going.
 
Any contact Details for Razer Service Centers in Mumbai, i couldn't find any yet. If there isn't who should i contact at razer to get them to ship me a new one.

It was purchased from Ebay, via Tirupati Enterprises in Kolkata
 
Try to get in touch with Tirupati Enterprises as well as Razer Support directly.

How old is your mouse [and which one]? What issues are you facing?
Seriously! i mentioned it in the first post, Razer Imperator 4G purchased on 2nd Feb via Tirupati Enterprises through ebay & i am in Mumbai, So i don't wanna pay for shipping charges.

Sorry Sire, this new set-up is a bit weird so that question, contact Tirupati Enterprises and ask for his associate set-up in Bombay. This issue has to be dealt by them OR you can fill up the support form on Razer Support.
