Laptops Questions about GT 130M

Hey i was wondering if getting a laptop with GT 130M is worth it? Its the acer 5739G/ Or should i get an Acer 4736 and attach a 9800MGT?

lol! 9800m GT are ultra rare and really-really difficult to find!
Moreover they are made for MXM-IV and MXM-III slots which can never be found in Indian notebooks!

Unlike desktops, notebook components are really difficult to find.

Acer 4736 has Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD as its integrated GPU(IGP), i.e. u cant upgrade the graphics as they are built into the mobo!

Comparatively Nvidia GT130M is way-way better than Intel 4500MHD!

OT: sorry but how much you getting the Acer 5739G for ???

I'm also looking to buy one buy can't even get a price quote from anyone,

only 5738g available right now

The last time I checked the Acer India website, the Acer Aspire 5739G had an ATI 4570 GPU and not an nVidia GT130M.

By the way, how much does the Acer 5739G cost?

if ur into occasional casual gaming chk out the 5738G

it has a nvidia 105 Gt graphic chip along with a similar config as the 5739G apart from the bluray drive and it cost Rs.39500/- (PrimeABGB)
 
i am into occasional gaming but prefer high graphics so thought of the 5739G. i am getting it for 40 grand here. and the retailer showed me that it comes with a gt 130m installed and not ati 4570.
 
yeah i think i wil go for the 5738G or 4736 cause the 5739G is not available here anymore. Maybe the store had a couple of them which got sold. Between the 5738G and the 4736 which is better as an all rounder??

If you have a budget of Rs.40k, among these two, the Acer 5738G is a no brainer as its gaming capability is much more.
