Quick suggestion - Cowon S9 or Ipod Touch ?

S9 ftw :D Looks awesome, and beats ipod hands down in music quality.

If you want apps and other useless stuff in a pmp get the ipod :P

i think touch 2g and 3g already have stellar sound quality

ti wonder how many of you have actually compared touch and s9 side by side
 
^^Yes. I have heard both S9 and itouch. Both with default and RE0. and the s9 wins hands down. Add to that there is no idiotic restriction of software as well.
 
I went to Croma, Rcity, Ghatkopar yesterday and checked out both. I had gone with S9 as my favorite. But damn, ipod touch changed my mind that too even with music as my top priority. The other things like wi-fi surfing, softwares, games are fantastic. The only deal breaker could have been the less battery life in ipod touch. But other things make up for it.

Music is awesome, i have been hearing it on EP-830 and its GREAT. Just that there is no equalizer and other settings which audiophiles prefer. Otherwise there are 22 different types of pre-settings in ipod touch which are more than ENOUGH for most of the people out there.

Can you post some more pics of the iTouch? And were the 3rd gen 32GB & 64GB iTouches available in Croma?

And the croma people said, its not available right now. But will be available within a week. But i bought from Reliance Apple iStore in Rcity Mall, Ghatkopar. Sorry, i didnt ask them if they have 32GB with them. I am going there again today, will inquire.

Well yaar, i tested their "touch" in my hands, heard music in my ears, saw videos through my eyes. I found Ipod touch better. It wins overall for me. I LOVE it.
See the votes man, i even voted for S9, i had been reading reviews, checking videos and i was like totally sure for the S9. But when i saw them both, iPod won. Period :cool2:
