Pls refer to the attached photos, the left side of my screen has a narrow,dim white line creeping from the border into the screen. Its about 2cm long right now and shows up on light backgrounds. (see the image in a small size to see it, its not clear if you view it in full res, also its highlighed in the B&W image)
Basically I wanted to know if
i)Will this lead screen failure?
ii)is this eligible for warranty repair?
Reason for asking: I use this laptop for studies as well, and cannot have it fail it May of this year. Screen replacements take close to 10 days, so I would want to get it done in April itself
