Graphic Cards Radeon HD4670 Problem & query.

Recently bought a HD4670 after some problems installed it on Asrock G31-vs. Problem-the drivers are acting wierd the drivers are ok until the first restart after the restart some games are not starting and some are having heavy lag. Query-it is running on a 12v-14a. And so far did not see any problems.
 
i think you should contact online service center, What brand is that card.? but first try to Update all your drivers of MOBO and GPU both.

HD4670 draws power from the PCI Express socket itself. Please install the latest drivers from the AMD website. Which games are you trying to play and at what settings (resolution, AA settings, etc.)?
 
uninstall the drivers of your onboard graphics. and then install the latest version drivers of the graphic card.. it'll will solve your problem...
 
@ggt did a clean install nothing changed .the mobo dont have any igp afaik. BF BC 2 - Not starting. NFS MW - heavy lag when going at high speed. But when the car is in idle. Constant 70 fps.
 
Install Hard disk sentinel pro and see the health of your Hard drive please...

Post your rest of configuration.
As chirag said try check for hard disk problems, and also your system temperatures along with your gpu temperatures when idle and when stressed.
 
i am running a xfx 4670 in my htpc machine ...no issues so far in games...just throw away the driver dis c dat came wid d card....use driver sweeper to uninstall old drivers and downlaod the latest one from ASUS website....not amd website....I repeat DOWNLAOD FROM ASUS WEBSITE ONLY......ONLY THOSE WILL WORK....my friend had a same prob and it was ok wen he used asus drivers.........
