Hang on guys!! Since Rahul has apologized to everyone, accepted that he was wrong and promised better service next time. Apart from a dealer he is also an old TE member. I think he deserve a chance to prove himself. Just my opinion:)
 
All's well that ends well! As long as the two banned members are back, m-jeri gets his stuff and Rahul treats his customers properly (that includes warranty care), I guess, this thread will have served its purpose. Now, lets all look forward to the :food7: and :cheers: on July 16th. :clap:

I too did not sleep for almost no time and was constantly replying to all posts here on one more forum too we were following the rules laid down by our company i have already accepted and have changed the rule not only for you but for everyone who has ever dealt with our company and will ever deal with us.

You would have fooled me also. If you would have said this is for SM only. When you said for all, I know for a fact you are full of it.

Are you running a store- or a sales company? Does it means you can change your T&C whenever you feel like. You changed now because this matter escalated but after this is gone down, What guarantee that you will not come back with same terms?.

No one can keep track for ur terms and conditions for ever right. This thread is required here. You should see this whenever you can. Atleast others will, and they can ask u to clarify ur terms for every sale.

I expect my items, brand new, with bill and warranty details, shipped properly TODAY. I dont want to delay this anymore. PM me for my address if required. Dont send it to someone else and say something else.

If your planning to hold on to the shipping till the threads are removed. make it clear now.

care about customers ahead of your business ... customer satisfaction should be the sole moto of all dealers !!!

No i am not planning on holding shipping or anything like that 5 mins back my moms swear i was thinking of sending the material to u by a special service which is TNT PRIORITY which will get the items delivered to you really fast.

I cannot change anybody's thinking about me but can change my rules and have done that, don't worry i will send u a bill with warranty details and it will shipped properly today on TNT Priority.

Rahul don't worry about this Thread as damages already done but if you stick with 1 THING Care for Customer & His Money while calculating your profit too & try to give level best After Sales Service- if so... just in few week we all forget about this & orders roll towards you & I'm 100% sure if you RALLY CHANGE than soon m~jeri too tend to place orders with you or at least start suggesting you to others... but stick CUSTOMER CARE MOTTO :)

Hi all I got a mail regarding he shipped the Mousepad and Batteries that were worth my Pl 30's price.

No use items for me. But from the brands he suggested, i wanted somethings that atleast i can have any use. since i dont use a desktop.

Lets see.

Its remarkable how much pleasure you derive out of that blog. While posting it, you truly did a terrific job, the motive behind it seems totally different. The "lol" you started the message with goes to say a lot.

I am sorry but you come across to be more twisted than the most devious dealers that I have seen. If the idea was to spread the message about a warranty policy that was flawed then its appreciable. But your post seems to indicate you were just venting out some sort of frustration or acting vindictively.

Its remarkable how Rahul has realised and changed his policy. Cut him some slack. He will have work to his way back. Like he said "better late than never"
 
well.. a new update...dunno if its relevant or not :

A user from another forum bought a brand new PL-30 from the said dealer which was delivered recently. He posted the screenshot of the bill, and it was dated 13-07-11, i.e. the same day -jeri posted this thread. So the dealer's words that he didnt have stock of Pl-30 is utter BS.

Tell him to see the distributor sticker mate he might have bought it from us but we bought the same from other dealer for him so its not our product with which we can give warranty, we are an retailer too just coz we don't got our own stock doesn't mean we cannot complete a order.

If you can honor a new customer, you can honor an old one's warranty too.
 
^^ While providing warranty we act as a service center and a service center never buys anything from other dealers to give warranty tatzy we offered anything from our distribution products specifically as a distributor and not a retailer and this is 100% correct way to do it.

As a service center we cannot buy anything from other dealer to provide our own warranty , we anyways did provide anything from our own distribution products and the same has been sent to the buyer too.

Unknowingly followed something as most of the distribution products we dealt in were either always available for replacements or did not require much of warranty as CPU Coolers, Cabinets, Mouse pads and Batteries mostly never used to go bad and the time never came till this thread when i actually had to implement it as the same was wrong, have corrected it and will follow the correct one all my life.

He is the dealer here for 4 years or so I guess and also he has done some business I don't think he will lie for 900 rs thing . Also he mentioned and closed his PL30 dealer thread here in TE. Pointing out it OK.. but the context you posted is something annoying.. I am not supporting anyone.(You can see I am the few who started to reply to this thread in Page 1)

@ALL the point this thread is created has served its purpose I hope Please start a new threads /PM dealer directly if you have a problem or made an observation
