they better not block torrent. every ISP in india is blocking few sites.

It was reddit from what I remember ,torrent sites are blocked as well but you could get around with a VPN , as for torrenting itself isn't blocked in the client

i use opera browser (vpn, more like proxy) to bypass that,
funny thing is, BSNL cellular doesnt block as much as others. in my place, i get 0.5MBps speed, in night around 1 MBps. it's enough for my browsing, but i need broadband for gaming.
