Prefer sticks that have an XMP profile which sets 3200 MHz (or higher) and timings, cba overclocking the ram myself. RGB not necessary, but nice to have. I'll keep the budget ~5k (+ more for bling) as 2x 16GB Vengeance LPX come to about 6k.
