PC Peripherals ram speed problem latop

I have hp dv5 1015tx laptop.I bought it 2 yrs back.I was stated in the box that it has ddr2-800mhz ram.
But, now when i check in cpu-z it says:

I have uploaded both the ram details from cpu-z.
DDR2-800mhz ram has code: "ps2-6400".
It show that but the max bandwidth shown is 400mhz..

My windows 7 performance check scores are:

Also, i have given this laptop to hp service centre at delhi a few times,They might have changed the original ram..I think..
Or this is my assumption only..
Please , try to solve my problem.

dont worry......

CPU-z shows the ram speed @ its "actual" speed(hope i termed it right) which is case is half of the rated speed[800/2] in cases of DDR2 Rams......

so when cpu z shows that your ram is running @ 400mhz then it is running @ the rated speed[400*2] i.e @ 800mhz.
