Can I fell any such difference in performance of game with this different latency RAM??

I have the following config:

CPU: i5 2500K + Corsair H80,
MOB: Z68XP-UD3R,
RAM: Gskill SNIPER 4+4GB + Ripjaws X 8GB,***want to replace these with 32GB mention module***
GPU: ZOTAC 560Ti AMP!,
HDD: Crucial M4 128 GB, WD Green 2TB + 1TB,
PSU: Corsair VX 550w.

I have plan to make my rig with 32 GB module...
So, 4GB kit not required...

BTW, being CL8 or CL9 don't have any effect on performance..
But if you are into benchmarking, well, that's another story.
