PC Peripherals RAM Upgrade suggestions

Guys,

Currently i have Partriot extreme (2X1) 4-4-4-12 DDR2 800Mhz Ram.

I want to upgrade to 4GB. Do I wanna buy the RAM with same voltage levels?? Even if we buy the RAMs at same voltage levels ...do we need to buy the same models?

Kindly provide some info as well as some good models of RAM to upgrade....

Whats your Budget ?

You can have 2 RAM's of different companies but with same frequencies

If you have the budget,then i would suggess a Corsair CM2X2048-6400 2GB with 800Mhz ~ 1.4K

Two sticks of those will cost you anything around 2.6k - 2.8k
