PC Peripherals Random freezing of my PC

Hi,

I am having two issues with my PC

1. The pc sometimes takes a long time to start. Sometimes I have to restart it a couple of times before it actually gets to the login screen.

2. If the pc is switched on and I am not using it for some time, it gets stuck in the desktop image and I have to restart the same again.

Note: There is a loud buzzing noise from my PSU and it is from the PSU fan. Either it is damaged or not working.

Could it be because of the same. My system specs are in my signature.

IGREEN 500 WATT PSU - never heard of this psu before. better buy a new psu before it kills your whole pc suddenly one day. get a Seasonic S12II 430W or Corsair 430CXV2 psu.
 
@6pack....The IGREEN is actually a model from coolermaster. They probably do not have the same now. It was actually rated quite decently in most reviews back at the time it was released. Anyways it is quite old now and I guess I deserve a new PSU. I will probably buy the Corsair tx650 now and a mid-range gpu after a few months
