My pc reboots randomly and not at any particular instance, sometimes when it is started or sometimes while watching movie or playing games. I think that I may have to change the PSU. But please tell me if I should go by it or there is some problem with windows.

My pc specs:
Win7 x64
AMD X4 phenom II 955BE
gigabyte gpa890-ud3h
8gb DDR3
OCZ Agility Agility SSD 60Gb (as primary disk)
two HDD seagate 500Gb
HD 6850
Corsair VX450

Please read this. It seems similar to your problem. Please try the solution posted in the thread. Hope this helps you.

Cheers.

Thanks.....that seems to work. Disabled the AMD High Definition Audio Device (the amd audio seems to have some kinda conflict with realtek audio or as a matter of fact with any other audio devices). Also found out that this problem is not unique to mine. More extreme solution suggested were to change PSU or even mobo.
And I did get a BSOD once but after that the system use to just restart without any BSOD . Right now its working.
