PC Peripherals Random Restart

My computer restarts for automatically for no apparent reason.Just surfing the net causes the comp to restart but today it restarted while playing fifa. It can happen any time in the day and sometimes not even once and i don't understand

what the problem is. After it restarts i get the option of starting windows normally or in safe mode. I choose start windows normally and then it works fine.

Help me with this.

That can be due to temps issue.

Post complete configuration of your system and the currents temps as well

also could be due to loose wire connection which happened to me when i cleaned my cabinet..causing higher temp reading and random restarting.

problem was solved after reconnecting the CPU cable correctly...

Ensure that there is no earthing issue, ensure that the rear of the mobo is protected by Foam or Paper.

Tighten all the other components. Loosely fitted RAMs can also be the problem

will check for loose wires and temp while idle are

cpu at 12'c

cpu core at 10'c

mb at 27'c

hd at 27'c

..but why does pc only restart during using chrome..and after restart when i open chrome previous pages shockwave flash encountered error is shown..could flash cause restart ?

Such low temperatures. How..? Probably some stress is happening on the CPU. You getting any BSOD dumps.

Room is cold in winters so temperatures on idle are low. and no i dont get any bsod.
