CPU/Mobo Random shutdowns

Random shutdowns have plagued my system for over 2 months. They are extremely irregular. Sometimes nothing happens for 2-3 hours and sometimes it shutdowns and reboots 10 times in a row and causes the OS to crash.
I've tried replacing the PSU but it didn't stop and I've tried resetting the OS and getting a new SSD

Recently my GFX got shot and I assumed it must have been the guilty component. Even after removing it I still get shut downs.

I use a Schneider Electric UPS with the system to counter any irregular electric fluctuations.
 
start by stripping system to barebone
just CPU ram and one Drive only
since you have alredy tried the PSU we will assume no faults in that
(can you read the event log of the BSOD in windows) after the crash
