Does Anybody Know What Is Formula For Calculating Range Of Ultrasonic Wave Or Sound Wave.

it depends on a lot of factors like the medium, temperature, density of it, humidity, frequency of the sound etc.

Generally speaking for greater range,

Denser medium, lower temperature, higher density, higher humidity levels and higher frequency have a +ve effective on the speed of sound.

actually i am making my final year project muc based ultrasonic radar scanning system
for transmitting the signal i am using pressure transducer
the range which i am getting is about 35 cm.
but my project guide want calculation that is the problem
plz help me plz

ah, the point of doing a project is to understand how the whole thing really works.

Apparently, you didn't design the circuit , else you wouldnt be having this problem

Point us to the original design ( where you copied it from ) and I can help you cook up a plausible excuse
