(ranodm problem) youtube video wont play in firefox or other browsers

Last 3-4 days I am facing a strange issue that I cant play youtube/google video or any other video within the browser . This happens randomly & wont solve the issue unless I reboot. On reboot it works fine for a while then randomly again I start getting the same problem.

I tried in FF/chrome/IE

What happens is that I cant see the video in browser but the video indeed is getting downloaded in the background as I can see data in the network monitor gadget. The downloading wont stop even if I close that youtube tab, it only stops when I close the browser.

Seems something is locking the video but not sure what? Since its happening in all 3 browsers that seems Kaspersky firewall could be blocking something.

Need to solve this problem.
 
Could flash installation in all 3 browsers be having the same problem? AFAIK each flash player installation is done separately in the browser.

I shut down the kaspersky & the video now show sup so indeed its KIS doing something though I am not using its pop blocker but something is creating problem.

Restarted kaspersky all is fine now until it happens randomly again the I will shutdown KIS to confirm if indeed its the main problem.
