to make sure you get a proper proof of purchase from your dealers at any time, instead of saving a few 100 bucks now.

The distris place such a lame requirement just to avoid say 10-20% of the ppl who have lost thier bills. Do you see any such requirement , why they cant store the serial no on the system or may be put a TAG on the products :@

Bills...bills and bills ! If distris ask for bill....ask them the bill for the PC that they use to handle RMA :@...its all about the distris....my sandisk 8GB Micor SD card RMA request got denied by Rashi....I contacted Sandisk directly and sent them the product. The replacement is on the way back from US now via UPS. See how much the manufacturers do. This is all due to the pan-chewing distris in India...why r they all controlled by these one section of ppl ! Can't we have good ppl in hardware , see how software is manged in India and what is the condition of hardware business. It just sucks...all due to these filthy distris who are just like the neighborhood essential shop businessman. In fact if u ask all these distris ancestors were in those line. None of them are qualified enough. Do you find an PG engineer opening a hardware shop or becoming a distri, its only those certain sect who are doing only business from generations :@

Tirupati wasted several months in rma and kept sending back used/repaired+faulty cards. :no:
 
^Dunno. Still no reply from Galaxy. And seems my customer can't wait, and wants me to do it. So to just help him out and put an end to this before my reputation becomes affected, i will be giving him a brand new 8600Gt from Zotac from my own pocket or some other brand and get it done with. I am pretty disappointed not only with TAG now, but Galaxy as a brand too.
