Laptops Rapid Response Depot warranty for Dell XPS?

I purchased one Studio XPS laptop from USA and it is showing

Description Provider Start Date End Date Days Left
Rapid Response Depot CTS 10/19/2009 1/17/2011 321
XPS Technical Support DELL 10/19/2009 1/17/2011 321
I have never heard this Rapid Response Depot thing.... If anyone has an idea please let me know if it is international warranty ?? and if it is what will be the procedure to transfer it from USA to India

those look like US warranty, the first one is a CAR(Collect And Return) service which is basically that you need give your laptop to a coureier guy sent by dell who will take it to depot and do whatever service needed and send it back to you. The second one bascally means you can talk to tech support in US without paying them, its a charget call otherwise.

Check with local tech support if they are not able to pull your data imediatly you need to apply to change warrnaty location to india which would probably take a weeks time.
