I can see the dollar going back up to 50 in a couple of months.

The way American economy is going, and at the rate it is printing money, I wont be shocked if Dollars falls below 40 too !! maybe in the short term it might spike up, but in the long term its going down only...

The dollar has depreciated badly against all currencies but the rupee. The rupee depreciation is for different reasons - mainly cos of the funds pullout from RBI's coffers. Seems to me with my limited knowledge of the financial market that the worst is mostly over and the rupee should appreciate and might breach 40 bucks a dollar in the long run.

well apart from the falling $$ ,the crude is at a 3 year low so isnt that going to effect freight and shipping charges,i mean when i asked the price of morduant short 906i speakers in june the dealer told the price at 22.5k($=Rs39.5) and in july he said the price is 27k($=Rs44 when asked)he said the prices increased due to the higher dollar and the increase in freight since the crude prices was around the highest at that time, know the crude is at a 3year low, from $160 a barrel to around $30~ a barrel.
