Anyone aware of Raynox Super macro lenses (Converters, DCR 250, 150) and its availability in India ?

Not available in India AFAIK.

You can use Globalebay, shopyourworld, iccworld etc to import it into India.

Shipping wont be too expensive since its a small adapter.
