RazerTiamat 2.2 Unbalanced Sound

I recently bought Tiamat 2.2 from flipkart sale, their sound is shifted to right side, so the left driver has lower volume, i applied for return and got it replaced, the replacement has exactly same issue. If i remove the foam cups i can hear the difference even more profoundly.
I bought it on 8th so i still have a few weeks left to get replacement from flipkart(30 day return policy), should i do that or get it replaced by razer service center or something?
Anyone else having similar issues with tiamat?
 
I know this was posted last year, but did you happen to figure out what was the problem? I just bought a pair and I'm having the exact same issue.
 
Any Razer product with an electronic component is bound to fail. I've bought 4-5 gaming mice in the past all of which developed some problem or the other within a year.
Return it and get something else while you still can.

Thanks for the response! I already sent it for a replacement, but I will return at the slightest hint of dissatisfaction.
