Samsung Readers Hub which was to be discontinued from July 1 has stopped working today after Samsung pushed an update for the same. The replacement for it is the all new Kindle for Samsung app. You have to download it as the Readers Hub update just points you in its direction.
This is bad news for people who had their books in epub format as it does not work with Kindle. You will have to bulk convert them or use a different reader, like the Play Books app. Pdf files still work with the Kindle app.
The app is (apparently) available through the Galaxy app store only. And you can get 1 free book every month through the Samsung Book Deals section where you will get a selection of books to choose from.
