(really urgent, 1 day left) which digicam to buy from London...

hi guys

i know it will sound stupid, but i really have to make a quick decision....i wasn't thinking of buying anything from here but then my friend says that at least by a digicam (which i don't own currently) even if not laptop or cellphone (both are working fine right now)....

i have no idea of digicam & their fundas...tried to read up the forum...but got really confused as i have no idea of digicams and their specifics.....

i am ready to spend 100-150 pounds here in uk (that is 10,000 INR)...

use - simple home and outdoors photos in parties & other occasions, video recording would be a great addon, no AA batteries, should have Li rechargeable battery...wifi support will be awesome....

dont know even know what other factors are there to even ask.....pls suggest, so that i can tell....

pls suggest me which one to buy ?

you can get all the models in 10k range i.e.sony,canon nikon in india too.try getting a waterproof olympus. which you can actually use in outdoors.rafting,snow no problem.am talking from personal experience.i have got a 17k sony that i could not use on a recent rafting trip.

Most of the cams are cheap here at India then London

If you have plan for cam which can do HD recording Or Samsung with double display then go for it.
