hello guys , if i reboot my wifi router frequently will it cause any issues to the wifi performance or lower its lifetime in the course of time ??,

The transmitters generate a lot of heat. Do not place the router in a corner or in compact space where there is less air circulation, Put it in a place that allows air to circulate around it. some routers have lifetime warranty like belkin etc, but normal ones lasts not more then 3 years, give or take, but you can google for more explicit info, this is just what i experienced.

No, rebooting the router wouldnt cause any issues. In fact its among the first recommended things when troubleshooting issues with slow or not working wi-fi, and more often than not, does the job :)

download curl utility

create a batch script as follows:

curl -u <username>:<password> 192.168.1.1/setup.cgi?todo=reboot
