Tried VCC through ICICI, but its asking current CC no. So I think your HDFC is not asking for current credit card no. Damn ICICI.

I don't know abt ICICI, but believe me HDFC Netsafe is an awesome service. If you could arrange an HDFC ATM/Debit Card than it will be very beneficial for you in terms of transactions in $
