CPU/Mobo recommend a mobo plzz

I wanna buy a new system with Q6600 n i req. a DDR3 mobo.
I have a option in mind of GIGABYTE GA-EP45T-UD3LR but i doubt...about it's availability.
So...lemme knw the price n it's availability in DELHI...or suggest me sum othr alternative within 7K.

I don't think Q6600 is available still in the market.
U can get Q8200 (it's 2.33 Ghz compared to 2.4 Ghz of the Q6600)
And DDR3 mobo is usually not available under 7k.
U can only get MSI p45c NEO-FIR at Rs.7000
It's a good VFM and it supports both DDR2 and DDR3.

So check it out.......
