Recommend a software for DVD synching with backup

Let me explain this

I have a 3GB work repository folder to be burnt on a DVD - mutisession, the thing is this folder gets frequently updated, and I want to sync that updated folder with the open DVD and burn ONLY THE NEW files again on the new multisession till the DVD space is full

Does any burning software do this.

If its a couple of folder/files i can do it manually, but the main folder contains so many number of folders, hence

This should be possible to accomplish in linux with a combination of diff and dvdrecord and some shell scripts. On windows, you might want to look at any backup software that supports incremental backups. From what I can tell, you'd require DVD RAM for this. Will try it out with linux and see if it is doable.
