I would have probably bought another pair of Senn CX 180 to replace my dead Senn CX 180 but I stumbled upon a few threads here and I began my "research" to find better ones (I regret). Now, I'm confused.

Source: Nexus 4
Music: EDM,Hip hop,RnB.
Pref - Good Bass without compromising the vocals and treble
Noise Isolation: Not a major requirement
Usage: 2-3 hrs a day
Usually 320kbps mp3s
Mic: Not required.
Budget - 2.5k (non stretchable)

Thanks in advance for the help/suggestions.

Consider Brainwavz M2 / M4 but you wont get it with local warranty under 2.5k . Other options are Vsonic GR02 Bass edition , Signature Acoustics C-12 .

Vsonic gr02 bass edition sounds promising.. Are these any good for EDM type music?
SA C-12 comes in light wood color, a turn off for me :( ...I don't want IEMs that "stand out".. I've a bad bunch of colleagues at work :D

I just bought jbl earphones for 1k awesome clarity and sound good bass

Edit: added bass booster pro apk +winamp awesome sound on jbl earphones

Thanks a lot for all the suggestions! I ordered "Signature Acoustics C-12" and received it within two days from Pristine Note. C12 is well built, light, sturdy and most importantly comfortable to wear for long periods....really surprising considering it's a Made in India brand.
These aren't boomy but has "that" perfect punchy bass which suits my music. I've no issues with treble either, it's there. The mids are really sweet & warm. Mind you, I listened to the Sound Magic series before deciding to buy these. I wasn't happy with the SM IEMs and moreover Pristine Note came with a sweet clause that I could return them within 10 days if I'm not satisfied. I took the dive and bought them and I must admit that I'm really happy with the C-12!
I haven't owned many earphones, so I would say these are the best I've owned. I can strongly recommend these to anybody looking for a good pair of IEMs under 3k.
I'm not an audiophile but please feel free to ask any questions!

Accessories: sexy Brass case, 3 sets of tips, shirt clip and two filters (haven't tried these yet).

Warranty: 1 year.

@PristineNote - The brass case is awesome, even though it's a bit heavy, they do have enough room in my backpack :D
Looking forward to your future products and with this quality and pricing I'm sure you'll race past your competitors in no time! Best regards. :)
