Recommendation for Spectacles!

hello

I have been diagnosed with Presbyopia (yes I am over 40) and have been prescribed
a specs lenses of +0.75. I have never purchased specs before and I am noob. Kindly recommend me frame and lens. I want to spend on a good lens. My budget is around 5k and can be stretched further.
