Recommend a Digicam around 10k

i m looking for a digicam in and around a budget of 10k , lower the better

i had seen the panasonic lz10 earlier , now its no longer available,

please tell me which to buy

must have good optical zoom 5x if possible,

have seen a few deals on ebay regarding the panasonic FS4 , hows that camera

no brand preferences - any sony, canon, nikon or panasonic..
