PC Peripherals rectified items from newegg??

there is always a element of risk with re certified products. but if the pricing factors that in, then why not ? i personally have three sansa e250/e280 mp3 player. got for less than $45 about a year or so back. and all of them are working great even now n hopefully for another couple of years more :p

there were group orders for the same too here. and most of them are satisfied with the product.

but then, if you get a bad piece, then there is nothing much you can do. you will only have a 90 day warranty to claim which you need to send the product back to newegg, which might be expensive.

as a rule of thumb, i would never pick up a re certified product unless it is about 40% cheaper than the retail product with warranty.
