PC Peripherals Red line in the middle of online videos

There is an annoying red line that appears in the middle of youtube videos.

For that matter online videos.

Desktop

Browsing

etc..

Are all fine.

I read up that it might be due to adobe flash player,so i uninstalled it.

It seems chrome,comes with an inbuilt flash player,which too gives me the same problems.

Its not an issue with my ATI drivers though,the latest ones are installed

it's your ati driver settings....you've got "demo" mode enabled in your catalyst control center video options.
