Just finished watching first 15 mins of Red White and Brown by Russell Peters.....All of his shows are simply awesome.....heard he is coming to India for some shows but the tickets price are up above the roof.....
anyone else watches Russell Peters shows ?
 
Yup, seen Red, White and Brown some time ago, awesome as always.Not sure Ill be going for hes show on the 27th though.
 
he is simply brilliant...RWB is not as good as Outsourced tho, thats because Outsourced was godlike in terms of comedy...but RWB is good fun too...and yes Id love to watch him live..... he is not coming to chennai tho....yea i heard its 1250 and 2000 for bbay!
 
I found RWB really offensive. The thing I liked the best about Peters was that he considered himself one of us but the kind of stereotyping he did towards Indians just for the sake of being funny was sad. His jokes were not funny anyways.

Outsourced was classic though. Maybe because the things he said about Indians in Outsourced were true and funny. And the Indian accent doesn't sound like that. And why didn't I hear any jokes about Canadians ? :|
 
^^ Well bluffy his comedy is based on race and is bound to be offensive, why did u find RWB that offensive?!!!
 
The guy's a freaking genuis. 34-50 is my all time favourite!

He does have jokes on Canadians. There's this hilarious one on how the Canadian accent sounds and how they swear rofl.

And he speaks exactly like chinese people....business with chinese is the same as he described, as i have to deal with them once in 2 weeks or so
 
I found his deaf jokes really offensive. Making fun of the handicap just for the sake of sounding funny ?? ... com'on !! And what about the Sh1t smell at the Airport joke ? and the one about holding hands , they were offensive and just not funny.

Rest I agree , he is a genius. The best one I liked was the Indian names joke :rofl: .... Hardik , sukhdeep , ramandeep :rofl: :rofl: I laughed non stop through out his performances. Has anyone seen 2 concert...1 Ticket ? Its there on the torrents,is it worth the download ? :P

You see all these chicks make this moaning sound when ur doin em, which they seem to hav learned from one another over the years.

But if u do a deaf chick, she wouldn't have heard this moan before and one would get listen what a chick truly sound like when ur f*cking them.

But what if this sound is really f*cked up... when ur doing her and... hmm.. ahh..mmm and she's like yea yea yea...yeeeeaaaaarrrrrgggghhhhhh !!!!!

dude i do not know where u live but the "holding hands" scenario does happen in Mumbai and yes it was hilarious......
