The plea bargain entered in by headley says he will cooperate. Obama's initial refusal in this matter won't last. We will get to interrogate him but we wil not get to extradite him because the terms of his plea bargain preclude it.

His individual rights as a US citizen matter more than the extradition treaty we signed with them.
