Redirection on Broken Links in IE

Hi,
Whenever I open a broken link in my browser, I get a message
If you are not automatically redirected, Click Here.
The site in the addressbar is - http://122.160.230.125:8080/vta/redirectedPage.do
A whois on the IP shows ABTS-North-Static-125.230.160.122.airtelbroadband.in
Gives the address and othe stuff.
Is my system infected with some malware?:huh:
Scanned with Malwarebytes'. Nothing............
