Less than 10K Redmi Note 4 from Gearbest

Is it wise to buy Redmi Note 4 phone from outside or wait for it to launch in India?
Currently on sale for 157 USD. I don't know how much customs duty it will attract.
If Redmi is going to launch this phone in India in coming months, then I wouldn't mind waiting. It will probably launch at 9999 like the Note 3.

Unless Xiaomi changes proccy from Mediatek to other on this phone; like they did for Note 3, they can't launch it in India.

Why not go for the Note 3?

Judging by the specs, Note 4 seems more like an incremental upgrade.
