Refrigerator Needed (Urgent basis).

My fridge got dead today and i have to buy a new one on an urgent basis.

Condition.

<=15000 INR
Power Saving (I live in Load Shedding area).
300 litre .
Warranty should be more than 2 year.

Questions:
1) Which Model is proffered for me
2) Do they provide exchange offer (Is it dealer specific)?
3) What is the warranty period.
4) Shall i wait till diwali to get best deal?

First search with few shop without looking for Exchange offer. Bargain, saying you will pay full amount by cash/check/cc

Sell old one to others (not to dealer from whom you will buy new).

Yes you can wait for Diwali as there is hardly 15 days & most of dealer will announce deals in next 7 days. Do not forget to check Mfg. Date & year.
 
With mine I had, 1 year to all parts (excluding exterior handle) & 3 years with compressor. Check with "Next" chain stores, last time when I bought Refrigerator, found it one of the lowest in my city.
 
Had short visit to vijay store .The only 5 start rated Fridge was LG.Again the same warranty as Emperor mentioned.
 
Well i got myself Whirlpool Protton Dlx 300 ltrs for Rs.21100 after exchange for the old one they minus 3K = Rs. 18100, its triple door 1+5 Years warranty on Comp, owesome Refrigerator.
