Bhai..Our Indian mentality only is like that. Very unprofessional by business also and consumer also . May sound harsh but that is true fact.

The thing is if today primeabg has something at very good price. Many of us will still go for it because for us Indians customer service itself is secondary. Money saved is much bigger priority and I wont deny maybe I might take a chance too even after this harassment for the OP.

Lets see they stick to their word this time.

Refund received on 10'th April around 7pm.
Full refund received without the 2.5% deduction as was told earlier.

How unfortunate. I returned a couple items to them, but IIRC, they were yet to be shipped. So I got my refund almost immediately.
