Refusing delivery of Amazon purchases

Today I requested order cancellation for one of the item that was already shipped. The item was seller fulfilled, so the seller responding asking me to refuse the delivery of the item so that the amount gets refunded automatically.

I have never done this before so I was curious to know if anyone else has any experience in this regard. And may be can get some tips from those who have already done it before.

Follow these steps when he comes to your place:
Guy: Sir aapka parcel
You: I don't need it
Guy: why?
You: Cuz I'm Batman (say this in Batman's voice)

On a serious note, when he comes, just tell him that you have cancelled the order. He'll go back. Has happened to me twice or thrice.
