Hope they don't price it the way the did for 3GS

So people can't even think of buying it
 
Wow iphone4 coming to my sick operator airtel. I hope their iphone4 consignment gets drowned in Mahim ki khaadi. I hope vodafone ditches iphone4 and simultaneously (with US) launches iphone5 to show airtel the middle finger.

You guys expect too much from apple, a company which doesn't give rats *** about India..

You should dreaming thinking that u'll get apple products on us launch dates, even first world countries don't get it..

I for one would pay the same amount and would rather buy Samsung products who at lest consider India as an important market.
 
Apple should launch iP5 along with US, like they did with iPad2. Otherwise Apple will rot and Steve will get sick again. Android F**king Apple badly !

Well, the fact that iPad 2 got launched as soon as it did, makes me think that it's not only Apple that's responsible for the delayed releases of iPhones.Apple would definitely not want to release a phone in a country where they don't have much presence (at least as compared to other nations) and hence they might have to rely on the telecom operators as far as iPhones are concerned (since they have a much larger setup in India)..
 
^^ . Custom duty in India , then Service providers want their share as well . We cant just blame Apple for everything . I do own an ipad II and iphone 4 , dont think me to be an Apple fan .

I wish if Airtel / TATA / Reliance / Vodafone come with the per/month slabs like AT&T in US .
 
True,it is probably the telecom operators who is responsible for the delay.

Macs are never late to come to our country.

^^ I don't think so.

Apple can launch those phones unlocked without any carrier setup like other manufacturers. Contract system doesn't work in India anyways.
