screen without notch is preferred & should be speaker phone

reliability =>
good battery, good sound, better display & no lagging, good build.

preferred =>
screen display without notch & no Chinese brand !

I found zero new phones with those specifications.
Old phone - Redmi Note 5 Pro. Has a single white notification led and is stable and has good custom roms. But it is 2 years old now. Not recommended.

Almost all phone brands are Chinese. Is dot notch not required also? There are huawei and vivo phones with pop up camera but no notification led.
There is a Motorola phone (one fusion plus) without notch and popup camera but no notification led.

Most new phones come without notification led because Google removed support for that feature in 2018. So you will have to remove that notification led requirement if you want a new phone now.

Buy a phone with amoled screen. Those screens can be switched partially on in small parts and can work like notification light etc. So if you get a notification or a message, only that message will show on lockscreen. Your best bet is to buy Samsung phone with samoled or what they're naming it screen.

I'm using Redmi note 7 pro. Best phone not that I'm using it but seriously a flawless phone given battery life, updates, operation, functions and performance and camera too. Though I always use custom rom, stock one is purely awesome.
And yeah it has that notification led but notch is there. But it can be disabled per choices provided.
If you are not in that anti-china rantings then would suggest opt for redmi 9.

And I wouldn't agree at all that google removed led feature or support as it is purely up to the brand hardware if they want to or not.
See Sony phones, they are still offering the same rgb led in every phones and hey use vanilla or pure google os. And then there is redmi except its purely white led.
